1. No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. Readings are personalized and non-transferable , and once a reading has been processed, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations.

2. Information Security & Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide (including birth details and reading questions) is strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of conducting your reading. We do not sell, share, or distribute personal information to third parties. Payment information is processed securely via Square, and we do not store or retain credit card details. Readings are delivered securely via email and private video link.

3. Use of Technology in Readings

We utilize certain technologies to aid in the interpretation and delivery of each reading. These tools enhance accuracy and efficiency but do not replace the personalized nature of our work.

4. Data Use & Marketing

By purchasing a reading, you agree that your anonymized reading results may be used for research, content creation, or educational purposes. However, we will never publicly share your name, personal details, or specific questions without your explicit consent. We may send occasional promotional emails or exclusive offers to our customers. You can opt out anytime if you prefer.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All readings, interpretations, and written reports are proprietary intellectual property of Chris & Lumi’s Mystic Guidance; a wholly owned subsidiary of The Miller Firms, LLC. By purchasing a reading, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own insight and growth. You do not have the right to reproduce, publish, distribute, or share any portion of the reading in any format, digital or print, without express written permission. Any information you provide to us (including questions, birth details, or additional insights) becomes legally licensed intellectual property of Chris & Lumi’s Mystic Guidance, granting us full rights to use it in any manner. Any reviews, testimonials, or feedback submitted by customers may be used for commercial purposes, including marketing, branding, and promotional materials, as deemed appropriate.

6. Service Limitations

Mystic readings are for guidance and entertainment purposes only. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Readings are not a substitute for professional counseling or decision-making.
